The Community Manager oversees all operations under the Regional Manager, including administration, maintenance, on-site staffing, and resource management to stabilize finances.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in property management.
• Experience supervising staff members.
• Experience with Section 8/ Section 42.
• Tax Credit experience.
• Experience with Supportive and Fair Housing.
• Experience with inspections (HUD, TCAC, City).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid California driver’s license.
• Proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all community team members
• Complete weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports
• Maintain resident files in compliance with regulations
• Process applicants and lease units
• Maintain relationships with HUD, TAC, etc.
• Conduct regular follow-up inspections on maintenance
• Collect rents and handle delinquent accounts
