Job summary

Solari Enterprises, Inc. manages affordable multifamily housing across California and operates El Segundo and 127th Street Apts. in Los Angeles, CA.

We seek an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager and Regional Manager in on-site operations, administration, and resource management. The role requires 2–5 years in property management, strong communication, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook. California driver’s license and auto insurance are required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of property management experience.
• Experience supervising staff.
• Experience with Section 42 and HUD/TCAC inspections.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
• Maintain resident files per regulations and management procedures.
• Process applications and lease units per Resident Selection Criteria.
• Maintain relationships with local agencies (HUD, TCAC, etc.).
• Conduct regular inspections of maintenance, grounds and common areas.
• Collect rents and handle delinquent accounts.
