Qualifications

• 2 – 5 years of property management experience.
• Experience working with and supervising personnel.
• Knowledge of compliance related to Low Income Housing Credit program and Fair Housing.
• Experience managing periodic inspections (HUD, TCAC).
• Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site personnel.
• Complete community status reports.
• Maintain accurate resident files.
• Process applicants for vacancies.
• Oversee maintenance including unit inspections.
• Collect rents and manage delinquencies.
