Job summary

Solari Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Community Manager for Sylmar Court, a 101-unit affordable housing community in Sylmar, CA. The role involves supervising on-site staff, managing administrative tasks, and coordinating with funding agencies to ensure fiscal stability.

The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of property management experience, strong communication skills, and a valid CA driver's license. Knowledge of HUD/TCAC inspections and the Yardi platform is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of property management experience.
• Experience supervising staff.
• Experience with Section 8/42.
• Experience with HUD/TCAC/City inspections.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and general computer skills.
• Detail-oriented and reliable.
• Valid California driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all community team members.
• Complete weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
• Maintain resident files in compliance with regulations.
• Process applicants and lease units per Resident Selection Criteria.
• Maintain relationships with HUD, TCAC and other agencies.
• Conduct regular inspections of maintenance, grounds and common areas.
• Collect rents and handle delinquent accounts.
