A strong background in Section 8 and HUD/TCAC inspections is essential. Responsibilities include supervising the on-site team, maintaining resident files, processing applications and leases, building agency relationships, and ensuring timely rent collection.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of property management experience.
• Experience supervising staff.
• Experience with Section 8.
• Experience with HUD/TCAC and city inspections.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Detail-oriented and reliable.
• Valid California driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all community team members.
• Complete weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Maintain resident files per procedures and funding agency regulations.
• Process applicants and lease units following criteria.
• Maintain relationships with HUD, TCAC, and other agencies.
• Conduct regular inspections of maintenance, grounds, and common areas.
• Collect rents and manage delinquent accounts.
