Job summary

Solari Enterprises, Inc. seeks a Community Manager for Westminster Crossing, a 64-unit affordable housing community in Westminster, CA. You will supervise on-site staff, oversee reporting, and ensure compliance with HUD, TCAC, and city guidelines.

Ideal candidate has 2–5 years in property management, Section 8/42 experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Yardi and MS Office. CA driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in property management
• Experience supervising staff
• Experience with Section 8/ Section 42
• Experience with Tax Credit
• Experience with Supportive and Fair Housing
• Experience with managing periodic inspections (HUD, TCAC, City)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise all community team members
• Complete weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports
• Maintain accurate resident files in compliance with established management practices and funding agency regulations
• Process applicants and lease units following Resident Selection Criteria
• Maintain relationships with local government agencies (HUD, TCAC, etc.)
• Conduct regular follow-up inspections on maintenance work, grounds and common areas
• Collect rents and handle delinquent accounts
