Qualifications

• Previous property management or leasing experience required.
• Affordable housing experience (HUD/Section 8/LIHTC) preferred.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations of an affordable housing property.
• Support compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and other affordable housing regulations.
• Help manage leasing activities, including applications, move-ins, and recertifications.
• Maintain accurate and organized resident files and documentation.
• Assist with rent collections and follow-ups on delinquencies.
• Respond to resident inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with maintenance team to ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Support property manager with reporting and administrative tasks.
