Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations of an affordable housing property.

• Maintain accurate and organized resident files and documentation.
• Assist with rent collections and follow-ups on delinquencies.
• Respond to resident inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with maintenance team to ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Support property manager with reporting and administrative tasks.
