Job summary

JES Holdings' Fairway Management division is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of affordable housing communities in Bastrop, TX. You will market and lease units, manage budgets, ensure compliance, and lead staff and vendors to provide exceptional service to residents.

The role requires 2+ years in affordable housing (LIHTC/Section 8), strong Fair Housing knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. On-site work with regional and office training as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of affordable housing experience with LIHTC or Section 8.
• Solid understanding of Fair Housing and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable learning new software.

Responsibilities

• Market and lease apartments and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Manage property budgets and ensure cost effectiveness.
• Address resident concerns and manage work orders in a timely manner.
• Supervise maintenance and housekeeping staff on property.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and affordable housing regulations.
• Inspect units and coordinate vendor work as needed.
