Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions seeks an Assistant Director of Affordability to lead the Affordability Program Office and multiple affordability levers. This role guides governance, portfolio management, and value realization across Clinical/Medical Management, Payment Integrity, Network Management, and Pharmacy initiatives.

You will partner with senior leaders to prioritize work, develop business cases, and drive measurable cost reductions while building high‑performing teams in a hybrid model across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible leadership in healthcare settings, with 5+ years leading large initiatives.
• Experience developing business cases, governance, and driving measurable financial/operational outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute cost stewardship strategy across multiple clinical and payment domains.
• Lead end-to-end initiative lifecycle with clear milestones, ownership, and ROI.
• Partner with Finance, Actuarial, Health Informatics, and other leaders to size initiatives and align KPIs.
• Establish governance and reporting frameworks; translate data into executive insights.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team and manage vendor relationships.
