Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Manager of Clinical Pharmacy Quality and Affordability Programs to lead a team of clinical pharmacists. You will oversee program development, safety, quality, and affordability initiatives across pharmacy, medical, and specialty benefit lines.

The role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, and collaboration with senior leaders to improve patient outcomes while managing costs and compliance. Hybrid work and relocation are considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D; Residency certificate or advanced degree in health care administration, economics, public health, pharmacy administration, finance, or equivalent field preferred
• Licensed pharmacist in state of practice

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes and manages implementation and maintenance of clinical pharmacy programs including Stars, HEDIS, eValu8, and related quality and affordability programs.
• Leads cross-functional teams and collaborates with departments and external vendors.
• Ensures service levels meet client SLAs, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
• Provides routine reporting and analysis of clinical program activities and maintains documented QA policies.
• Provides leadership and mentorship to direct reports and manages resources and workload.
• Collaborates with Pharmacy Directors, VPs, and leadership on cost-effective prescribing and quality improvements.
• Manages staff hiring, firing, coaching, and retention; oversees department budget and expenditures.
• Contributes to strategic direction and creates a positive team culture.
