Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Manager Clinical Pharmacy Quality and Affordability Programs to lead a team of clinical pharmacists across multiple health plans and delivery systems. You will guide program development, safety, quality, and affordability initiatives while partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize value-based care.

You will mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive cost-effective prescribing and patient safety initiatives in a large, mission-driven health

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D; Residency certificate or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years of patient care experience with management or professional business experience in a managed health care system
• Licensed pharmacist in state of practice

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and manage the implementation and maintenance of clinical pharmacy programs (Stars, HEDIS, eValu8, and others) to promote value-based medication use.
• Lead cross-organizational teams and committees and collaborate with external vendors.
• Ensure service levels meet client SLAs and contractual obligations while maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Provide routine reporting and continuous quality assurance for programs under oversight.
• Mentor direct reports and manage performance goals and staffing resources.
• Coordinate with Pharmacy Directors and senior leaders on medication use, cost reduction, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Oversee staffing, budgeting, hiring/firing, and project planning to meet department targets.
• Provide leadership that fosters a positive, development-focused team culture.
