Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Manager, Clinical Pharmacy Quality and Affordability Programs. This hybrid role requires leadership of clinical pharmacists and cross-functional collaboration to implement safety, quality, and cost‑effective programs across all lines of business.

You will mentor staff, oversee program development, and ensure adherence to CMS/state regulations while driving clinical excellence and health equity in a person‑focused healthcare system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D; Residency or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years in patient care and management in a health care setting or equivalent
• Licensed pharmacist in state of practice

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and manage clinical pharmacy programs including Stars, HEDIS, eValu8 and related safety, quality, affordability work
• Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and vendors
• Ensure service levels meet SLAs, contracts, and CMS/state regulations
• Provide reporting and analysis of clinical activities and maintain QA policies
• Mentor direct and indirect staff and manage performance and workload
• Coordinate with Pharmacy Directors and leadership to optimize medication use and reduce costs
