Job summary

Banc of California is seeking a Private Client Services Officer to manage affluent consumer and business client relationships, delivering a high-touch end-to-end client experience and coordinating with Private Banking Relationship Managers.

You’ll handle onboarding, treasury management products, and account servicing, ensuring compliance with CIP, KYC, BSA/AML, and other regulatory requirements while maintaining strong risk controls.

Qualifications

• 3 years of new accounts experience and 3 years of banking experience.
• Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CIP, KYC, Beneficial Ownership, BSA/AML, OFAC, and related regulatory documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain new accounts and service affluent consumer and business client relationships.
• Respond to client requests and provide timely, accurate solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with Private Banking Relationship Managers and internal partners to ensure seamless service delivery and timely issue resolution.
