Job summary

Chase is seeking a Private Client Banker to manage the banking relationship for a select group of affluent clients. You will drive growth through advisory-based services and referrals, partnering with Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers, and Business Relationship Managers to connect clients with specialists.

You will help clients access their accounts via self-service tools and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements while supporting the branch’s weekend and evening hours.

Qualifications

• Proven success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year Branch Banking experience with revenue generation.
• SIE/FINRA licensing requirements or completion within 180 days; Life licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Share the value of Chase Private Client with eligible clients.
• Manage banking relationship with an advisory approach to meet client needs.
• Connect clients to Specialists for specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to access accounts 24/7.
• Adhere to banking policies and regulatory requirements.
