Job summary

Chase is seeking a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking to be the main point of contact for a select group of affluent clients, managing their complete banking relationships with an advice-based approach.

You will work with specialists to connect clients to experts and encourage use of self-service options, while adhering to all banking policies and regulatory requirements. The role requires weekends/evenings and relevant licenses or the ability to obtain them.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to acquire and deepen client relationships in financial services.
• Experience in branch banking or related customer-facing role.
• Knowledge of SIE, Series 6/7 and Life licenses or ability to obtain within 180 days.
• Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act requirements.
• Strong adherence to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with eligible clients.
• Manages client relationships with an advice-based approach for best products and services.
• Partners with Specialists to connect clients to experts for specialized needs.
• Facilitates self-service options for clients to access accounts 24/7.
• Adheres to banking policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
