Job summary

Chase is seeking a Private Client Banker to serve a select group of affluent clients in our branch, managing their banking relationship and delivering education and advice tailored to their financial needs.

You will actively solicit referrals, collaborate with specialists, and connect clients to the right products while ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to service, compliance, and long-term relationship building.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year in branch banking with new client acquisition experience.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6/7, and Life licenses required or to be completed within 180 days.
• Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act.
• High school diploma or GED to qualify.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with eligible clients.
• Actively manages banking relationships with a proactive, advice‑based approach.
• Partners with Specialists to connect clients to experts for specialized needs.
• Facilitates self‑service options to access accounts 24/7.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
