Job summary

Chase is seeking a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking who will be the main contact for a select group of affluent clients, managing their banking relationship holistically. This role focuses on relationship growth, referrals, and connecting clients to specialists for complex needs.

The position requires a value-driven, service-oriented mindset, strong communication, and flexibility to work weekends/evenings while meeting regulatory and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated value-added relationship approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year in Branch Banking Banker or equivalent with verifiable revenue growth.
• Must complete SIE, FINRA 6/7, and state licenses within 180 days if not already registered.
• Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act requirements.
• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.
• Adherence to banking policies and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

• Manages banking relationships using an advice-based approach.
• Partners with Specialists to connect clients to experts for specialized needs.
