Job summary

Chase is seeking a Private Client Banker to manage a selective client group within Branch Banking. You will nurture relationships, provide education and advice to enhance banking needs, and drive growth through referrals and cross‑selling of products and services.

You will collaborate with Specialists to deliver tailored financial solutions while ensuring access to self-service options and adherence to all policies. The role requires weekend/evening availability and strict regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services with revenue generation.
• SIE exam and FINRA licenses or must complete within 180 days of starting.

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with eligible clients.
• Manages banking relationships with an advice-based approach for best products and services.
• Partners with Specialists to connect clients to experts for specialized needs.
• Sets up self-service options for clients to access accounts 24/7.
• Adheres to regulatory banking requirements and internal policies.
