Job summary

Chase is seeking a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking to serve a select group of affluent clients and others within the branch. You will manage comprehensive banking relationships, provide education and advice tailored to financial needs, and actively seek referrals to grow the client base.

You will partner with specialists to connect clients with experts for complex needs, and you will promote self-service options to enhance client convenience while complying with all regulatory

Qualifications

• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6/7, and state licenses required or completed within 180 days of starting.
• Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act requirements.
• National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration required after employment.
• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.
• Experience in acquiring and deepening client relationships and generating revenue.

Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact for Chase Private Client and other customers in the branch.
• Manage clients' banking relationships with education and advice tailored to their needs.
• Collaborate with Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers, and Business Relationship Managers to connect clients with experts.
• Promote self-service options to clients for 24/7 access to accounts.
• Ensure compliance with all banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
