Job summary

HighLevel is seeking an experienced Manager, Affiliate Programs to lead a pod within the affiliate expansion team. This role focuses on helping high-value affiliates scale, stay motivated, and become long-term partners while protecting policy and compliance standards.

You will manage a team of Affiliate Managers, coach partners through negotiations, and collaborate with Legal, Finance, and leadership to ensure timely payouts and impactful programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in affiliate, partner, channel, creator/influencer, or strategic account management in SaaS.
• 3+ years of direct people management leading partner or account managers.
• Experience owning a multi-million dollar partner book with forecast accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and desenvolvimento a pod of Affiliate Managers with 100+ lifetime trial affiliates.
• Own pod trial commit, forecast, pacing; report weekly on wins/risks; course-correct as needed.
• Negotiate endorsements, manage contracts and payouts through Legal/Finance approval.
• Build Expand playbooks, SOPs, and onboarding for scalable affiliate operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver programs, co-marketing, and payouts.
