Job summary

HighLevel is seeking an experienced Manager, Affiliate Programs to lead our programmatic affiliate team, activating and engaging thousands of affiliates through one-to-many events, campaigns and content.

You’ll build scalable programs, coach a diverse team across events, marketing, operations, and compliance, and work with Business Development, Product Marketing, Enablement, Legal, Finance and RevOps to deliver compliant, high-impact initiatives. Travel 2–3 times per quarter is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in affiliate, partner, or community marketing (SaaS).
• 3+ years direct people management across multiple functions.
• Experience owning program KPIs and budgets for thousands of partners.
• Experience planning large-scale in-person events or conferences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team across affiliate events and community, affiliate marketing and creative, program operations, and affiliate compliance.
• Own activation and engagement goals across the full affiliate base; report weekly on wins, risks, and asks.
• Plan and run a year-round calendar of hosted affiliate events, promos, campaigns, and more.
• Oversee the affiliate asset library: swipe copy, creative, landing pages, and training content.
• Own affiliate recognition programs and represent HighLevel with affiliates in person.
• Lead the affiliate compliance function: enforce policies, reviews, and violation resolution.
• Work cross-functionally with Business Development, Product Marketing, Events, Enablement, Legal, Finance, RevOps, and internal teams for clean handoffs.
