HighLevel is seeking an Affiliate Enablement Manager to build the groundwork for the affiliate organization from the ground up. You will onboard new affiliate managers, design comprehensive learning paths, and maintain ongoing enablement cadences to ensure up-to-date product knowledge and call quality across the team.

You will also create a centralized hub of playbooks, SOPs, and tools, and collaborate with partners to craft lifecycle communications guiding affiliates from signup to first trial.

Formación

• 4-6 years of experience in affiliate program management, channel partner enablement, sales enablement, or a directly adjacent role.
• Thorough experience building onboarding programs, call frameworks, or coaching toolkits from scratch.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own onboarding for every new affiliate manager joining the affiliate team, with time-to-first-activation results and proficiency exams.
• Build a structured learning path with 7/30/90 day milestones and checkpoints.
• Maintain continuous enablement cadence for existing AFMs to keep product knowledge and call quality current.
• Create and maintain a centralized internal resource hub with playbooks, SOPs, and tools for quick access.
• Design onboarding experiences for affiliates outside the endorsed tier.
• Build product knowledge baseline for affiliate managers regarding product, program, and strategies for top affiliates.
• Collaborate to build lifecycle communication sequences (email, SMS, in-app) guiding new affiliates from sign-up to first trial.
• Work cross-functionally to optimize onboarding processes for broader goals.
• Provide reports for senior leadership, finance and revenue operations.
• Attend industry events to represent HighLevel and build direct relationships with partners.
