WITHIN is a Performance Branding company partnering with major brands to drive growth through innovative marketing strategies. The Affiliate Account Manager will nurture affiliate partners, analyze performance data, and optimize cross-channel strategies to deliver measurable results for clients and internal teams.

You will collaborate with a dynamic, hybrid team, handle strategic negotiations, and contribute to building scalable affiliate programs across multiple verticals.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Affiliate Marketing experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to distill client goals into prioritized, measurable tasks.
• Comfortable working with established brands and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with affiliate networks (Impact, Pepperjam, ShareASale) and reporting dashboards.
• Exposure to various verticals and business models (subscription, Retail, B2B, CPG, App).
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of G Suite and Excel; proactive learner.

Responsabilités

• Manage, negotiate, develop, and nurture affiliate partners.
• Pull weekly/monthly reports; evaluate performance and optimization opportunities.
• Craft strategies to improve performance via commission testing and cross-channel analysis.
• Ensure efficient workflows; adapt processes for productivity.
• Handle day-to-day tasks within the affiliate network.
