WITHIN is a leading Performance Branding company partnering with iconic brands to drive growth through innovative marketing strategies. We seek an Affiliate Account Manager who combines strategic thinking with analytical rigor to manage partners, optimize performance, and drive cross-channel attribution.

You’ll work with brands in a collaborative, fast-paced, hybrid environment in New York City, contributing to a data-driven culture and scalable workflows.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Affiliate Marketing experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience distilling client goals into actionable tasks.
• Experience with affiliate networks (Impact, Pepperjam, ShareASale).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsabilités

• Manage, negotiate, develop, and nurture affiliate partners for a diverse client portfolio.
• Pull weekly and monthly reports to evaluate performance and optimization opportunities; present findings to clients.
• Craft strategies to enhance performance through commission structure testing, dynamic attribution, and cross-channel analysis.
• Ensure efficient workflow and processes; adjust for productivity.
• Handle day-to-day tasks within the affiliate network.
