Job summary

WITHIN is seeking an Affiliate Account Manager in New York, NY. You will manage and grow affiliate partners, analyze performance data, and drive optimization across channels to meet client goals.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, collaboration with brands, and hands-on reporting. It requires 2–3 years in affiliate marketing, strong communication, and experience with major networks.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Affiliate Marketing experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience distilling client goals into tasks that are prioritized, executed, and measured.
• Experience with affiliate networks like Impact, Pepperjam or ShareASale and reporting dashboard (Affluent).
• Exposure to different verticals / business models such as subscription, retail, B2B, CPG, App, etc.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; able to train and coach junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Managing, negotiating, developing, and nurturing affiliate partners for a diverse client portfolio.
• Pulling weekly and monthly reports to evaluate performance and optimization, presenting findings to clients.
• Crafting strategies to enhance performance through commission structure testing, attribution, and cross-channel analysis.
• Ensuring efficient workflow and processes, adjusting as needed for productivity.
• Handling day-to-day tasks within the affiliate network.
