Job summary

CP Staffing Solutions is seeking an Affiliate Account Manager for NYC or Dallas, with a focus on managing affiliate partners, analyzing performance data, and optimizing cross-channel strategies. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a hybrid work setting.

You will work with established brands, translate client goals into actionable tasks, and collaborate with teammates to scale affiliate programs through data-driven decisions and best-practice workflows.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Affiliate Marketing experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience distilling client goals into tasks, prioritized and measured.
• Comfort with established brands and team collaboration.
• Experience with affiliate networks (Impact, Pepperjam, ShareASale).
• Exposure to multiple verticals (subscription, retail, B2B, CPG, App).
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of G-Suite & Excel; proactive and teachable.
• Ability to train junior team members and build growing workflows.
• Understanding of attribution and LTV concepts.

Responsibilities

• Managing, negotiating, developing, and nurturing affiliate partners for a diverse client portfolio.
• Pulling weekly and monthly reports to evaluate performance, partner activity, and areas for optimization, presenting findings to clients.
• Crafting strategies to enhance performance through commission structure testing, dynamic attribution, and cross-channel analysis.
• Ensuring efficient workflow and processes, adjusting as needed for optimal productivity.
• Handling day-to-day tasks within the affiliate network.
