Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant / Affiliate Manager to support our growing affiliate program and assist in day-to-day communication tasks. This role is perfect for someone who excels at managing relationships, optimizing workflows, and ensuring smooth communication between team members. You’ll be primarily supporting the Creative Director, and assisting in the scaling of our affiliate program, particularly for content creation purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to at least 10 high-quality affiliates daily (no set upper limit, but maintaining quality is essential).

Support in scaling and managing affiliate partnerships, particularly those focused on content creation.

Maintain ongoing relationships with affiliates to ensure consistent and effective collaboration.

Track and report on affiliate performance and assist with optimizing the affiliate program. Use Affiliatly to manage and track the affiliate network and performance.

Act as our bridge, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration.

Manage daily communications, ensuring creative vision is effectively translated to the team and affiliates.

Assist with the organization of schedule and help prioritize tasks based on business needs.

Help coordinate the development of content, ensuring that affiliate content aligns with the brand and business objectives.

Ensure that content produced by affiliates meets the quality standards and creative guidelines.

Work closely with Creative Director and the minority partner to ensure the content is being developed on time and within scope.

Help improve the management of the affiliate program by implementing systems that scale efficiently.

Assist with time management by helping us stay organized and on track with tasks.

Organize daily activities, ensuring we are aligned with business priorities.

  • Must have experience managing relationships with affiliates, ensuring that we are engaged and productive.
  • Proficiency with social media monitoring and analytics platforms like Blanks, Brandwatch, BuzzSumo, or similar is a key requirement.
  • Practical experience using Affiliatly or other affiliate management plug-ins to streamline and manage affiliate programs effectively.
  • Resources must have native speech and text fluency in English.
  • Ability to craft unique messages for affiliates and manage relationships independent of Creative Director's oversight.
  • Must have a keen eye for what constitutes good affiliate content that aligns with the brand and objectives.
  • Staying adaptable and ensuring productivity even with changing priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate conversations between team members and affiliates.
  • Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with scaling affiliate programs is a plus but not mandatory.
  • While not responsible for creating content, familiarity with content creation processes is important to ensure alignment with the creative's vision.
