Role Description – Marketing Specialist (Commission-Based, Remote)

NETRAT Information Security is seeking a self-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team on a commission-based compensation model. This is a remote position ideal for individuals passionate about cybersecurity, client acquisition, and strategic growth. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in expanding our reach, driving new business, and supporting client relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying and engaging new leads through targeted outreach and research
• Creating and executing marketing strategies tailored to our cybersecurity services
• Supporting the sales cycle and closing new client contracts
• Managing ongoing client communication and satisfaction
• Conducting competitive and market research to inform campaigns
• Collaborating with our technical team to align messaging with service offerings

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and client relationship-building skills
• Proven experience or understanding of market research and sales strategies
• Highly motivated, self-starting attitude with the ability to work independently
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities

Compensation

• This is a 100% commission-based role with high earning potential. Compensation is tied directly to performance and new client acquisition.
