Job summary

Trend, Inc. is seeking an Affiliate Manager to serve as the primary contact for affiliates, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and perform well. You will handle onboarding, ongoing optimization, and data-driven recommendations on bids and pricing to drive revenue.

You’ll deliver regular performance reports, translate metrics into actionable insights, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful launches and strong partner relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in account management, client services, or digital marketing.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain performance data clearly.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting metrics like lead volume and conversion rates.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and optimization strategies.
• Understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, or performance-based advertising models.
• Experience with reporting tools, spreadsheets, or dashboards (Excel, Google Sheets).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary operational point of contact for assigned affiliates.
• Pull regular performance reports and translate data into insights.
• Provide bid guidance and pricing recommendations based on performance.
• Assist with onboarding and launching new affiliates.
• Address client issues and see problems through to resolution.
