Job summary

Trend Capital in Vancouver, WA is seeking an Affiliate Manager to serve as the main contact for affiliates, manage day-to-day communication, and deliver performance reports while guiding bids, pricing, and optimizations.

This full-time role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in account management or digital marketing; you will coordinate onboarding, support launches, provide insights from metrics, and foster long-term partnerships, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or communications.
• 2+ years in account management, client services, or digital marketing.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage client relationships.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting metrics and performance data.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and optimization strategies.
• Experience with reporting tools, spreadsheets, or dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary operational point of contact for assigned affiliates.
• Pull together regular performance reports with lead volume, conversion rates, and metrics.
• Provide bid guidance and pricing recommendations based on performance data.
• Communicate ad changes, payout adjustments, and optimization opportunities.
• Assist with onboarding and coordinate launches with internal stakeholders.
• Address client issues and own resolution for escalation-free outcomes.
• Maintain consistent communication with accounts through check-ins and updates.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue and strengthen partnerships.
