Job summary

Digital Media Solutions is seeking an Affiliate Manager to own and grow our network of third-party partners. You will recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate relationships while driving high-quality lead volume and maximizing partner performance.

You’ll collaborate with Legal, Finance, Analytics, and Media to ensure compliant traffic, optimize payouts, monitor KPIs, and report results to leadership in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in affiliate management or performance marketing.
• Experience negotiating payout structures and contracts.
• Experience with lead generation and digital marketing.
• Ability to analyze performance data and optimize outcomes.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners.
• Evaluate partners for traffic quality and fit.
• Negotiate payouts, contracts, and volume commitments.
• Oversee onboarding, tracking setup, and compliance.
• Build relationships to drive partner growth.
• Monitor performance to increase leads and revenue.
• Analyze lead quality metrics to optimize performance.
• Adjust payouts and traffic allocations by objective.
• Monitor traffic for fraud and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Media, Analytics, Finance, and Ops.
• Provide regular performance reports to leadership.
