Job summary

Pupford is seeking an Affiliate & Creator Partnerships Manager to grow our affiliate, creator, and community programs across traditional affiliates, TikTok affiliates, TYB, and Tribe. You’ll recruit partners, design incentive-driven programs, and collaborate with Creative, Social, Performance Marketing, E-commerce, and TikTok teams.

You’ll own the affiliate and community programs day to day and work with the TikTok Shop team on creator and affiliate activity.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, influencer.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow Pupford’s overall affiliate program.
• Recruit, onboard, activate, and retain affiliates.
• Create strategies to increase affiliate participation, traffic, and revenue.
• Build relationships with high-performing partners and deepen partnerships.
• Develop commissions, incentives, contests, and campaigns.
• Track results and scale successful approaches.
• Recruit and activate TikTok creators and affiliates.
• Manage TYB, Tribe, and community programs.
• Create challenges and experiences to engage communities.
• Negotiate rates, commissions, deliverables, and partnership terms.
• Own reporting across affiliate, creator, and community programs.
