Job summary

L’Oréal is seeking a Manager - Affiliate Activation (CPD TikTok Shop) to lead the growth of our US TikTok Shop affiliate program from Hudson Yards, NYC. You will scale performance through an expansive creator network, drive cross-functional collaboration, and craft data-driven strategies to boost brand love and conversions.

In this role you will manage creator pipelines, negotiate terms, and monitor performance with a strong emphasis on ROI and platform trends.

Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in brand engagement, marketing, or equivalent function.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex technical roadmaps to executive leadership and influence cross-functional partners.
Proven ability to manage complex vendor relationships and lead a community of diverse internal stakeholders.
Bachelor’s Degree required.

Responsibilities

Performance Tracking and BI: Track KPI metrics like GMV, AOV, conversion rates and active affiliates.
Creator Community and Affiliate Management: Recruit and onboard creators; maintain relationships with top-tier affiliates.
Activation and Content Innovation: Lead content modeling and data-driven creative briefs; coordinate assets and live streams.
Campaign Execution and Cross Functional Collaboration: Oversee TikTok Shop campaigns lifecycle; coordinate sampling and logistics.
