Job summary

e.l.f. Beauty seeks a TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager to grow Naturium’s creator affiliate community and expand social commerce across platforms. You’ll focus on top-tier creators, build lasting relationships, and drive GMV through strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities include recruiting and activating affiliates, designing VIP experiences, and coordinating with Brand Marketing and Creator teams to scale content and revenue.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in affiliate, influencer, creator, partnerships, or social-commerce roles, with hands-on TikTok Shop experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior leadership.
• Entrepreneurial and self-directed with a business mindset.
• Fluency in TikTok Shop Seller Center and Affiliate Center.
• Experience expanding affiliate strategy across platforms beyond TikTok Shop.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale Naturium's TikTok Shop affiliate network from outreach through activation, retention, and re-engagement.
• Concentrate on L3+ creators and VIP affiliates; build direct, personal relationships.
• Develop VIP experiences: exclusive product access, early launches, incentives, education.
• Create pathways recruit→activate→growth with measurable tiers.
• Lead content briefs with Brand Marketing and Creator teams; drive data-driven optimizations.
• Foster community through events, webinars, and daily communications across platforms.
