Job summary

Tiger Aesthetics BioDerma is seeking an Aesthetics Territory Manager in Boise, ID. This field-based role requires daily travel within the assigned territory and occasional overnight trips, with a hybrid remote work setup.

You will present Tiger Aesthetics BioDerma products to medical spa and dermatology clients, identify customer needs, and develop strategies to grow sales under the SVP of Sales. A valid driver’s license and strong relationship skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in sales management or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Background check clearance may be required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and inform executives of progress.
• Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within the territory.
• Identify local business opportunities and challenges.
• Report on regional sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually).
• Present our products and services to prospective customers.
• Identify customer needs and propose product solutions.
• Collaborate with sales reps and internal teams to meet quotas.
• Answer questions about features, pricing, and services.
• Cross-sell products when appropriate.
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers.
