Job summary

Tiger Aesthetics BioDerma is seeking an Aesthetics Territory Manager to drive growth by presenting our portfolio to medical spa and dermatologist clients. The role targets active, inactive, and prospective accounts within the Medical Spa space and works under the SVP of Sales.

Location is remote with requirement to be located in the NYC area; travel up to 10% is expected as part of regional coverage and client engagement. Exempt, full-time position in Sales.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales management or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Favorable background investigation required.

Responsibilities

  • Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and inform executives of progress.
  • Act as a primary contact for existing and potential customers in the territory.
  • Identify local business opportunities and challenges.
  • Report regional sales results weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually.
  • Present products and services to prospective customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales and internal teams to meet quotas.
  • Answer questions about features, pricing and services.
  • Cross-sell products when appropriate.
  • Maintain long-term relationships and understand customer objectives.

The Aesthetics Territory Manageris responsible forpresenting Tiger Aesthetics BioDerma products and services to potential clients, identifying specific consumer characteristics, and recommending strategies to promote and sell our portfolio. This role is central to growing and developing the business under the direction of the SVP of Sales. As an Aesthetics Territory Manager, you will play an integral role in promoting and selling the Tiger Aesthetics BioDerma product portfolio to existing, inactive, and prospective accounts within the Medical Spa space. This role requires a deep understanding of our aesthetics product portfolio and the ability todemonstrateand explain products effectively to potential clients.

Responsibilities
  • Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and ensure executives are informed on the progress of those goals
  • Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within assigned territory
  • Identifylocal business opportunities and challenges
  • Report on regional sales results (weekly, monthly,quarterlyand annually)
  • Present our products and services to prospective customers
  • Identifycustomer needs and recommend product solutions
  • Work closely with salespeople and other internal teams to meet individual and group sales quotas
  • Answer customer questions about features,pricingandadditionalservices
  • Cross-sell products, when appropriate
  • Collaborate with sales representatives from different territories to share best practices and support a cohesive sales approach
  • Build andmaintainlong-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their businessobjectivesand needs
  • Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes
  • Keep current with economic indicators, changing trends, supply and demand and competitors tomaintainsales volume and product mix
  • Positively contribute to team effort byaccomplishingrelated results
  • Maintain a working knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 1271, FDA 21 CFR 820, AATB standards, ISO Standards, cGMP/CGTP, other relevant regulations/standards, and internal organizational policies and standard operating procedures
  • Maintain acceptable attendance and punctuality for scheduled work hours and meetings
  • Ensure completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities within definedtimeframes
  • Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours during weekdays or weekends with reasonable advance notice to support business/operational needs when necessary
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements
