Job summary

Extremity-Care is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to grow our patient-focused products within Milwaukee and surrounding areas. You will build relationships with new and existing customers, educate clients on product offerings, and identify opportunities to increase sales while aligning with territory goals.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in sales management, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Clearance of favorable background investigation required.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of territory sales plans to achieve targets and objectives
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers within the territory
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and referrals
• Assist in identifying local market opportunities and customer needs
• Conduct regular customer visits and maintain consistent communication with accounts
• Present and educate customers on products, services, features, benefits, and applications
• Develop understanding of customer needs and recommend product solutions with guidance from sales leadership
• Support onboarding and ongoing account development
• Respond to customer questions regarding products, pricing, availability, and ordering processes
• Identify opportunities to introduce customers to additional products and services
• Track territory activity, opportunities, and progress toward goals
• Provide regular updates to sales leadership on activity and challenges
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a positive customer experience
• Partner with experienced sales reps to learn territory management strategies
• Participate in product training, meetings, events, and customer education
• Develop understanding of aesthetics industry trends and competitive landscape
• Stay informed on product information and regulatory standards
• Continuously develop product knowledge and selling skills
• Contribute to team goals and organizational success
• Maintain knowledge of FDA regulations and internal policies
