ExtremityCare in New York is seeking an Aesthetics Territory Manager to drive sales targets by presenting our products and services to potential clients within the assigned territory.

You will build lasting relationships, identify local opportunities, report results, and collaborate with the sales team to deliver customer-focused solutions while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in sales management
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• Clearance of favorable background investigation

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and inform executives of progress
• Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within the territory
• Identify local business opportunities and challenges
• Report on regional sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually)
• Present products and services to prospective customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions
• Collaborate with salespeople and internal teams to meet quotas
• Answer questions about features, pricing and services
• Cross-sell products when appropriate
• Share best practices across territories to support a cohesive sales approach
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers and align with their business objectives
• Understand industry trends and market landscapes
• Stay updated on economic indicators, supply/demand and competitors
• Contribute to team effort and complete assigned tasks on time
• Flexibility to work outside normal hours when necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned
