Job summary

Solta Medical is hiring a Sales Representative – Capital & Consumables to drive growth in a defined territory across capital equipment and consumables. You will educate aesthetic physicians, conduct on-site demonstrations, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in medical device sales, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and comfort with complex technologies. Travel up to 75% and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in medical device, aesthetic or capital equipment sales.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Technical aptitude to explain complex technologies.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas for capital and consumables.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and referrals.
• Execute territory planning and pipeline management to maximize results.
• Provide on-site product demonstrations and training to drive utilization and satisfaction.
• Educate customers on indications, safety, and outcomes to build clinical confidence.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts compliant with pricing guidelines.
• Maintain forecasting and CRM data for visibility into pipeline.
