Scorpion Therapeutics in Billings, MT is seeking a dynamic medical device sales professional to drive revenue for capital equipment and consumables. You will manage a large territory, conduct on-site demos, and build trusted relationships with aesthetic physicians and med spa owners.

You will prospect for new business, coordinate with Clinical and Marketing teams, and maintain accurate CRM data while achieving quotas and staying compliant with FDA standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years medical device/aesthetic/capital equipment sales experience required.
• Experience working with physicians/healthcare professionals in FDA-regulated environments.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Highly organized with CRM proficiency and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory revenue growth for capital equipment sales and consumables.
• Achieve quarterly/annual territory sales quotas for capital and consumables.
• Prospect for and develop new business opportunities (lead generation, referrals).
• Manage territory coverage, call planning, and pipeline.
• Provide on-site product demos/training to drive utilization and satisfaction.
• Educate customers on indications, contraindications, safety, and outcomes.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts per pricing/compliance.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM data.
• Build relationships with key aesthetic physicians and med spa owners; conduct reviews.
• Support local workshops, user meetings, and tradeshows.
• Partner with Clinical, Marketing, and Inside Sales; serve as POC for post-install training.
• Coordinate onboarding/installation/education with field service; align with leadership on strategy.
• Complete administrative reports; maintain FDA/quality standards compliance.
