Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a results-driven sales professional to lead territory growth, penetrating plastic surgery and dermatology practices with medical consumables.

You will manage planning, forecasting, and product demonstrations, and collaborate with clinical and marketing teams to drive adoption.

This role requires 2+ years B2B medical sales, knowledge of FDA-regulated environments, and willingness to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling consumables/medical products to plastic surgeons or dermatologists in FDA-regulated environments.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, surgical techniques, and procedures.
• Maintain compliance with FDA/corporate guidelines; support GCP and GDP.
• Strong selling, planning/organization, influence/closing, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a sales strategy for assigned territory.
• Manage call planning, time management, and accurate forecasting.
• Drive product demonstrations and educate customers on indications, contraindications, and safety.
• Execute launch plans and use tools to drive consumable usage.
• Coordinate user meetings and support tradeshows.
• Develop and maintain key customer relationships and grow accounts.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on industry and competitors.
• Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams; generate leads for specialists.
• Prepare sales contracts and manage administrative tasks.
• Build customer loyalty through service and communication.
