Qualifications

• Experience in front desk or medical/clinical office preferred.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Strong verbal communication and group presentation skills.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic as part of daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and offer beverages to create a welcoming environment.
• Check patients in/out and ensure appointment status is accurate.
• Manage scheduling and coordinate with clinical staff for patient flow.
• Maintain and organize front desk and lobby area for cleanliness and efficiency.
• Process payments and handle daily cash and reports.
• Verify and forward emails to appropriate staff members.
• Pull charts, prepare new patient files, and organize per schedule.
