Qualifications

• Must be familiar with MS Office, including Excel, and able to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
• Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and offer beverages; maintain welcoming front desk environment.
• Check patients in and out; ensure schedule reflects appointment status.
• Maintain the schedule book and organize patient flow for next day.
• Direct visitors to appropriate staff for assistance and conduct confirmation calls.
• Prepare new patient charts and maintain front office supplies inventory.
• Operate billing processes and print daily close-out reports.
• Process deposits and manage cash/ check records.
