Job summary

European Wax Center is seeking an Aesthetics Center Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and foster a high-energy team culture. You will supervise licensed aestheticians and coordinators, promote guest satisfaction, and run a center that exceeds performance metrics.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of supervisory experience, cosmetology licensing preferred, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Cosmetology license preferred.
• 2–4 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Google Office and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work a 40+ hour flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead center team to surpass sales goals and KPIs and implement growth strategies.
• Manage costs (labor, product usage) to optimize profitability and efficiency.
• Supervise, motivate, and coach associates towards excellence.
• Maintain exceptional service standards and address guest feedback promptly.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team with ongoing coaching.

As an Aesthetics Center Manager, you will hold the reins of your European Wax Center, steering it towards success with passion and dedication! About the Role:

As an Aesthetics Center Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind your centers success, overseeing all operations, guiding your team to exceed performance metrics, and ensuring unparalleled guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the center team in surpassing center and individual associate sales goals and KPIs, implementing strategies to drive sales growth and maximize profitability.

Requirements

Job Experience/Skill Set:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Aesthetics or Cosmetology license preferred.
• Two to four years of supervisory experience required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Google Office and Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience coaching, developing, and motivating those around you.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a team that drives results.
• Ability to work a 40+ hour flexible work schedule, including morning, evening, and weekends.

Physical Demands:

• Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
• Use of upper extremities for typing, handling, feeling, and reaching.
• Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Must possess sensory abilities to observe and detect emergency situations.

Salary Description

$55k - $80k Total Compensation

$55k Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + 14k Bonus Potential
