Job summary

It’s A Secret Med Spa in Phoenix is seeking a driven Treatment Consultant to consult and sell aesthetic services to new and existing patients. You will proactively reach out to clients, tailor treatment plans, and guide them through options with expert knowledge of our skincare products.

The role offers a competitive base pay plus an industry-leading commission program, along with benefits such as PTO, health, dental, vision, disability protection, a 401k, tuition reimbursement, and referral

Qualifications

• 2+ years sales experience required.
• Flexible weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Initiate the sales process by scheduling consultations with new and existing clients, describe services with expertise.
• Meet with each new client to overview services, create a custom treatment plan, and educate about offerings.
• Build rapport and close sales by explaining capabilities, handling objections, and arranging financing.
• Expand sales within existing accounts by introducing new products and services.
• Recommend and upsell new services by evaluating the client's current aesthetic treatments.
• Partner with location providers and managers to drive new business into the spa.
• Work with providers to review client books and uncover upsell opportunities.
• Comply with all company policies and ensure streamlined processes.
• Ensure CRM is updated with all customer interactions.
• Maintain collaboration with peers to achieve results with a win-together mentality.
• Possess an entrepreneurial spirit; proactively outreach to current and potential clients to drive results.
