It’s A Secret Med Spa is seeking energetic sales-focused individuals to join our elite medical spa team. The role emphasizes scheduling consultations, educating clients, and building custom treatment plans with a strong knowledge base and service consistency.

In this position you will close sales, discuss financing options, and expand opportunities across existing accounts. A flexible weekend schedule and a patient-first attitude are essential for success in our fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of sales experience required.
• Flexible schedule with weekend availability.
• Previous med spa or aesthetics industry experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task while attending to clients and business needs.
• Team-oriented with initiative and proactive attitude.
• Demonstrates enthusiasm, friendliness and high energy in service.

Responsabilidades

• Initiate the sales process by scheduling consultations and describing services with expertise.
• Meet clients, outline a custom treatment plan, and educate on services offered.
• Build rapport and close sales by explaining product capabilities and financing options.
• Expand sales within existing accounts by introducing new products and services.
• Recommend and upsell new services based on client needs and goals.
• Collaborate with location managers to drive new business to the spa.
• Assist providers with client books and scheduling to uncover upsell opportunities.
• Ensure CRM is updated with all customer interactions and maintain compliance.
