It’s A Secret Med Spa in Chandler is seeking a results-driven Treatment Consultant who can consult and sell our aesthetic services to new and existing patients. You will outline service options, build customized plans, and secure signups with confidence.

The role rewards an entrepreneurial spirit with a competitive base plus commission; you’ll work with the spa team to drive bookings, maintain a proactive outreach, and ensure a top-notch client experience.

Formación

• 2+ years of sales experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask while maintaining client focus
• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative

Responsabilidades

• Initiate the sales process by scheduling consultations with new and existing clients and leads, describing our services and skincare products with expert knowledge and consistency.
• Meet with each new client to provide an overview of our services, create a custom treatment plan aligned with their goals, and ensure they are well educated about offerings.
• Build rapport and close sales by explaining product and service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing financing contracts.
• Work closely with providers to ensure every client has a treatment plan, driving return visits and future business.
• In partnership with the Spa Manager and location providers, serve as a brand ambassador and identify new ways to drive traffic into the spa.
• Grow revenue from existing clients by evaluating current treatment plans, recommending complementary services and products, and reviewing schedules and histories to identify upsell opportunities.
• Proactively reach out to current and potential clients to drive bookings and results.
• Maintain an accurate CRM with logged customer interactions.
