Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic personality with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
• HIPAA awareness and patient confidentiality awareness.

Responsibilities

• Initiate the sales process by scheduling consultations with new and existing clients and leads, describing services and skincare products with expert knowledge and consistency.
• Meet with each new client to overview services and create a custom treatment plan aligned with goals.
• Close sales by explaining product capabilities and preparing financing contracts.
• Work with providers to ensure every client has a treatment plan and drives return visits.
• Serve as brand ambassador in the local community and identify ways to drive spa traffic.
• Grow revenue from existing clients by upselling services and products.
• Maintain an accurate CRM and log all customer interactions.
• Complete the full sales process for each client, including membership contracts and post-sale follow-up.
