Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience
• Ability to multi-task while serving clients
• HIPAA privacy compliance knowledge
• Excellent communication and rapport-building
• Willingness to work weekends as needed
• Bilingual is a plus

Responsibilities

• Initiate consultations with clients and describe services with confidence
• Create custom treatment plans to meet client goals
• Close sales and discuss financing options with clients
• Upsell additional services and products to existing clients
• Collaborate with spa team to drive new business and ensure client satisfaction
• Maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions and visits
• Proactively reach out to potential clients to grow revenue
